1. Independent Living Skills

This foundational class is designed to equip participants with the essential skills needed to manage daily life independently. Through engaging, hands-on activities, participants will learn how to prepare simple and nutritious meals, maintain a clean living space, handle personal hygiene routines, and manage basic budgeting for everyday expenses. Instruction is tailored to the individual’s developmental level, ensuring that each person learns at their own pace in a supportive environment.
